ARMS CONTROL LAW PODCAST # 2 : The Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons

Jack Beard and I recently sat down for a discussion about the recently adopted Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), and recorded it as a podcast.  I think the discussion was good, as Jack can fairly be described as a bit of a skeptic about the TPNW, and I can fairly be described as essentially a proponent of the TPNW.  We of course agree on a lot of things, but we were able to tease out some differences too.
